The hostel will not charge you in advance.

You can pay your bill at reception with cash or credit card. Your credit card details are just a guarantee for us.

In the event that you do not show, or fail to cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged one night's stay.

In compliance with current legislation (Organic Law 15/1999, December 13th) regarding Protection of Personal Details, we inform you that all personal details contained in this form will be included in an automatized file, property of CASANOVA 13, S.L., in order to process your reservation and provide better service during your stay and the next time you visit us.
